(A) Routinely inspecting incoming shipments of FOOD and supplies;
(B) Routinely inspecting the PREMISES for evidence of pests;

Inspection Comments | ACCORDING TO THE TERMINX REPORT DATED 8-13-19, NO MICE WERE FOUND IN THE TRAPS. EMPLOYEE SAID SHE HAD SEEN AT LEAST ONE IN A TRAP. RECOMMENDED TRAPS BE SET NEAR TO THE CRACKER AND PET FOOD AISLES AND MORE IN BACK STOREROOM. BACK ROOM NEEDS LESS STOCK SO PEST CONTROL CAN SET THE TRAPS AND CHECK THEM. |
